I've always loved how food has a unique way of bringing people together, sparking memories, and creating new ones.
I've been in the culinary industry for over 20 years and have worked as a professional chef since 2006. My passion for cooking started early—I knew I wanted to be a chef at just 7 years old. I come from a family of chefs, and that legacy inspired me to compete in culinary competitions throughout high school.
I went on to attend Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, FL, where I refined my skills and deepened my knowledge of the culinary arts. After graduation, I began my career in corporate chain restaurants, gaining valuable experience before transitioning to a five-diamond resort on Clearwater Beach. That role became my gateway into the world of private country clubs.
For the past seven years, I've had the pleasure of working in some of South Florida’s most prestigious country clubs, where I've continued to grow as a chef and leader in the culinary field.
