I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience. I served in the military as a chef for the last 6 1/2 years and have been cooking since I graduated culinary school at the age of 15 years old. I love food and trying new dishes. I am experienced in fine dining , large portions of over 1000 people, as well as home style comfort food.
