I’ve been in the kitchen since I was five I come from a southern background where cooking together bonded the family. Overtime I’ve devised a way to supplement the fatty base of most southern dishes was natural oils and vegetables that not only accentuate the dish, but enhances the flavor profile. When I cook for you, your needs wants and desires are met. I am comfortable in Italian, American, southern and Mexican cuisine. I can also do southern Asian fusion dishes. My menu will revolve around your lakes and your desire to explore new options. I love to see my customers smiling when they take the first bite. My cooking classes are fun and also feature a wine pairing lesson as well.
