I am a former professor turned plant-based chef. I own a food production company and am the author of Just Mushrooms a cookbook featuring mushrooms as the future of food. I enjoy creating unique green cuisine.

I became a plant based chef after changing my diet and losing 80 pounds and the need for 12 medications. I specialize in healing through food, cleanses, and lifestyle change. Everything I make is both vegan and gluten-free.
