I enjoy what I do, and I do it well.
For over a decade, I have been serving up delicious cuisine from his beloved home country of Morocco. I’m jolliest and kindest person, with a knack and skill for bringing folks together over delicious food.
I studied culinary and hospitality at Institute of Technology, Hotel Industry and Tourism Management in Ouarzazate Morocco. Shortly after, I was offered a scholarship to work at Disney in Orlando Florida, where I worked as a hospitality ambassador for Epcot. I moved to New York where he worked at multiple fast-paced restaurants, including owning his own.
