I’m a Long Island–based chef with three decades behind the stove, driven by the simple joy of bringing people together over great food. I learned to move fast and cook with heart in a bustling Italian kitchen in Midtown Manhattan, where ten unforgettable years taught me how to balance precision with creativity. These days I channel that city-honed discipline into dishes that marry rustic Italian tradition with the comforting flavors I grew up on: perfect seafood Fra Diavolo, yellowfin tuna, and veal chop parmesan. My cooking philosophy is straightforward: source the best ingredients, treat them with respect, and serve every plate with the warmth of a family meal.
