I have competed and appeared on several food network & major network TV. I have toured and cooked for several rock bands & movie sets. Chef Richard and his team provided an amazing evening to enjoy our 45th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids at home. It surpassed all expectations and we truly enjoyed our celebration

Chef Richard was incredible! Hands down the best dining experience we have ever had. Him and his team navigated with a family of 9 with several of us attending children. He wrapped up meals, cleaned, and brought us food wherever we were. 100% will continue to rebook him again for our dining experience. Incredible food, presentation, variety. Chef Richard and his team are the best!

Chef Rich and his staff were absolutely incredible- the variety and quality of the food, presentation, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and clean up were beyond what we expected. His cooking made our family weekend extra special.

Chef Rich was fantastic! Before our event, he was collaborative and attentive to menu changes and ideas. He and his team arrived promptly on time and had a seamless set-up treating me and my 13 girlfriends like queens. His team helped set up table decor, plated and served the food, refilled our wine glasses all night, and everyone had a blast. His clean up made our kitchen immaculate. Even after the fact, we’re still talking about how good everything was. I was the lucky one to get the leftovers! Thank you, Chef Rich and we’ll see you again soon!!

Chef Rich’s best quality is his personality. We wanted to hear stories about his career and he has years of experiences owning restaurants, cooking privately, and winning television competitions. It’s so great to get first-hand information and he is so entertaining in the way he does it. I’m sure he would be happy to just be more in the background for those who don’t want the conversation. We really hoped for sometime to talk with us and he’s perfect for that. The food was amazing. He was incredibly organized at keeping it all moving and it was so delicious. He left the kitchen spotless and we would highly recommend him to anybody who wants an outstanding meal from an experienced chef.

This experience and the chef were outstanding. He offered a very creative and flexible menu; he thought of every detail; he came prepared and equipped; and he was full-service. He was entertaining if you wanted to watch him cook, he served as things were ready, his timing was fantastic, and his cleanup was perfect. He made our night perfect! He was everything we hoped for in a romantic dinner for two.

We hosted a dinner for our salon staff and had an amazing experience with Chef Mancini. He prepared a delicious Italian meal that everyone absolutely loved and the entire night felt effortless because of how professional and organized he was. The food was incredible, everything was beautifully prepared, he had the kindest assistant, and he even cleaned up afterward, which made hosting very stress-free. It was the perfect touch for our celebration, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to elevate a dinner or event.

Amazing chef and staff, made thanksgiving a real easy treat for everyone

Chef Rich and his team were simply incredible! They navigated the kitchen effortlessly in our absence and organized, prepared, and served our entire dinner with complete ease. I didn’t have to think or worry about a single thing — and neither did our guests. We hired Chef Rich and his team for our private wedding reception dinner, and everything was excellent and truly beyond our expectations! I am forever grateful to him and his team!

We hired Chef Rich for a private dining experience during a bachelorette weekend in Long Beach, Indiana, and he was incredible. He arrived right on time, the food was amazing, and he handled everything from start to finish with such care. The cleanup was spotless. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would love to work with Chef Rich again. Thank you!

Chef was WONDERFUL! He came on time, and had to kick me out of the kitchen for trying to help, which I appreciated! He contributed to a wonderful party. The food was incredible, as was the service. Would recommend and use again!

The website was a little hard to navigate but once I connected with chef Rich he made sure every detail was attended too. He showed up made everything set it up and cleaned up after. It made our gathering go so smoothly to have the help. The food was also amazing we had tons of compliments

Chef Rich was just incredible. So interesting. We sat at our island and watched him prepare our numerous courses. Since we are foodies we found the story of his career fascinating. We loved that he shared the ingredients as he prepared our meal. He was accommodating to our food preferences We would definitely ask Chef Rich to come cook with us again
