I am a perfectionist that is all about plate presentation and flavor

I have been in the food cooking industry for 8 years and have developed a passion for satisfaction and great tasting food for customers. I use classical recipes as well as create new ones but I am a master of blending flavors. Through my studies and trials working under many different executive chefs before I picked up a knowledge of many different cuisines.
