I have been honored to be able to prepare my personalized dishes in the comfort of many people's homes, business's or vacation stays. I create dishes to meet my own set of standards, which are very flavorful and exciting to try, since I personally eat all of these dishes with friends and family. Chef Salvatore was amazing. He made our experience truly magical, and all of the food was absolutely incredible. 10 out of 10! I would highly recommend this chef, and we will use him when we come back to FL!

Sal was engaging and full of stories. I would recommend.

Salvatore was engaging and very professional. The food was excellent, with substantial portions of every dish. He even moved the dinner to the next night due to a serious fall that required treatment at a hospital emergency center. I highly recommend Salvatore, and if I get the chance, I will use him again if he is available.

This is our second time using Chef Sal! That says a lot. We knew that the food would be cooked to perfection with fun stories along the way, based on our first experience, and he did not disappoint! We would hire him again and again!

Chef Sal gave us a great home dining experience. We were able to choose (Mix and Match ) courses from multiple menus getting down to the smallest details. Each course was delicious and well presented. His personality and knowledge rivaled the meal. I highly recommend Chef Sal.

Chef Sal was superb and we give him the highest possible rating. It was terrific working with Chef Sal to plan the menu and he demonstrated flexibility where we wanted to make a couple of changes. He is highly experienced and has worked for a number of celebrities in the past. The quality of his cooking was outstanding and the presentation was excellent as well. He engaged with our guests appropriately and effectively, and everyone enjoyed the various conversations with him. We recommend him without hesitation!

Chef Sal knows what he's doing! He's been cooking for 40 years and it shows! Every course was fantastic. Every guest was impressed. The kitchen was spotless. I'd hire him again in a New York Minute!

Chef Sal was excellent! He came early, was very prepared, and was personable. The food was outstanding, and beautifully presented. Chef Sal explained each dish, and answered all our questions! We had so much fun with him, and he fit in with the family like he belongs here! He was open to discussion about the menu, and gave great advice. He worked with me to decide on an awesome, creative menu..he even created a new dessert for my husband's birthday (Carrot Cake mousse in canoli shells)! Overall Chef Sal provided an excellent experience, and we all loved every second of it!

We hired Sal for our girls trip and it was absolutely perfect! The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. He made the whole experience feel so special and relaxed. We loved being able to just sit back, enjoy great company, and be totally spoiled. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add something extra to their getaway!

Chef Sal was amazing! Arrived very early for setup and was attentive and fun with our bachelorette group! Definitely one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! It was my parents 50th Anniversary and was looking for an option that was classy yet friendly to the budget and hiring Chef Sal as a private Chef did not disappoint!! He was quickly engaging and maintained a high level of professionalism yet was genuinely human and cleverly humorous in how he responded to this group of Seniors who were excited for whatever surprises were next up around the corner! The food was very delicious and intriguing with a very pleasing presentation and finish in each bite. So glad I decided to use take a Chef! Thanks again Chef Sal!!
