As seen on Food Network (Holiday Cake Wars, and Halloween Wars)I have been cooking for 20 years. Presentation is everything. My clients usual tell me my food is to pretty to eat LOL!! I enjoy food and it shows. I am an active member of the American Culinary Federation where I have received numerous awards. I sculpt fruits and vegetables into flowers, custom logos and centerpieces. Its crazy I know! Just go look at my social media to see all of the things that happen in my world. I own an artisan spice line dedicated to my late father call Pop's Secret Seasoning.

Chef Steve treated us to a wonderful birthday dinner for my wife! He was engaging and entertained all of our questions while cooking telling us the story behind the dishes as well as a bit about his background. The food was very, very good and I was impressed with how seamlessly everything came together. Would 100% recommend Chef Steve!
