My culinary journey began at a young age, growing up in the kitchen with my chef father. I've been in the industry for about 8 years now. After many years of hard work, I made my way to sous chef and spent a few years in a managerial role, where I honed my leadership skills and refined my approach to cooking. My passion lies in sourcing and working with quality ingredients, whether local or imported, and I bring this commitment and skill to your table.
