I am a professional private chef and caterer who focuses on maintaining the authenticity and taste of Japanese and Korean cuisine.

Being raised in a traditional Asian family in Southern California, I started my professional career after noticing the lack of quality, authentic food experiences in the Houston area.

All of my time and energy has been focused on finding a balance between what traditional cuisine can offer, and what local Americans would appreciate.
