My name is Tracy, and I have 8 years of fine dining experience along with 2 years of catering experience as a sous chef. Throughout these years, I’ve worked in a wide range of environments, from fully scratch kitchens to corporate settings, gaining versatile and hands-on experience across the industry.
I’m capable of preparing everything from homemade ice cream and fresh pasta to desserts and beyond. Cooking is truly my passion, and I don’t see myself doing anything else. I take great pride in my culinary skills and in delivering quality and consistency in everything I create.
