I’ve been in the hospitality industry for seven years, with the last five spent working for private clubs along the East Coast. I spent my summers cooking on Nantucket, MA, and my winters traveling to other states to learn new techniques and flavor profiles. My experience ranges from cozy, family-run restaurants to high-end establishments; a journey that has shaped my cooking style into a unique blend of bold flavors and vibrant presentation.
