As I pursued my passion for the culinary arts, I attended the Illinois Institute of Art Chicago, where I honed my skills and absorbed every ounce of knowledge available.
Throughout my career, I've explored every facet of the food service industry, from fast-food joints to fine dining, and from bartending to serving. Over the years, I've had the privilege of managing several establishments, playing a crucial role in their success and transformation from the very beginning to rebranding stages. My expertise in operations and menu development has enabled me to create popular and thriving culinary destinations.
However, my true forte lies in my ability to deeply understand and connect with my clients. This enables me to craft truly unique and unforgettable dining experiences tailored to their preferences and desires. Whether it's a fun and creative menu for a friend's night out or a mouthwatering BBQ gathering, I infuse my culinary expertise to delight and satisfy every palate.
