I am from Rome, Italy and Las Vegas local. I can cook and serve at your house an authentic Italian dinner in the same way we dine in Italy!
ITALIAN CUISINE ONLY.
My name is Uby Foschi, I am from Rome Italy and moved to Las Vegas a few years ago, after selling my last restaurant in Texas.
I owned a few restaurants in USA, and I decided that it’s time now for me to go to my clients residence, instead them coming to me.
MY service includes everything necessary to enjoy the experience, from the custom italian menu to the purchase of ingredients, the mise en place prior to the service, the preparation of the menu at the guests' home, the complete table service, and lastly the set up and cleaning of the kitchen and the spaces used during the experience. Tableware and glassware are not included. Gratuity is entirely up to the guests' discretion.
I would like to make my clients enjoy the way we eat in Italy, following a few courses ( Antipasto, primo piatto, secondo piatto, contorno and Dolce).
