Get to know me better

A deep love of food and cooking runs through my veins, so I have dedicated my life to creating dishes that will delight anyone eating them.

I have been cooking professionally for over 20 years, beginning with private clients and expanding into a diverse career that includes managing kitchens, owning and operating my own catering business, restaurant, and bar, and creating and executing menus across all of these ventures.

Along the way, I have made monthly television appearances sharing recipes, tips, and culinary techniques, developed and taught cooking classes, and served as an instructor for a culinary job skills program. These experiences have strengthened both my technical abilities and my passion for sharing knowledge.

In short, the culinary world is in my blood, and there is nowhere I would rather be than fully immersed in it, creating meaningful, memorable food experiences every day.

The sides of my mom, grandmothers and aunts, standing on a chair beside them, then watching the pleasure their food brought to everyone eating it.
