Rooted in Caribbean tradition and inspired by Asian technique, my cooking is an exploration of identity, intimacy, and sensory storytelling. Whether I'm curating immersive Supper Clubs, designing brunch menus that break the mold, or creating comfort food with a twist, every dish I serve is about connection- connecting people to flavor, to culture, and each other.
