I am a professional chef with 14 years of cooking experience started my career in French cuisine then I moved to work and learn more about Italian cuisine wich amusing.Then I moved to Canada worked in many good places like the Fairmont banff springs hotel,Italian farmhouse and because of my origin I have a lot of experience in Mediterranean and Moroccan cuisine.
