My philosophy from day one is that I can sleep better at night if I can improve my individual’s knowledge about food, and do it on a daily basis

I am a chef originally from Morocco I have a long experience as a chef in different restaurants and hotels in Morocco, UAE and canada. I started my experience in at Fairmont banff spring hotel as a chef, after that I work as a sous chef at the Italian Farmhouse restaurant in Bragg for mor than two years, currently I am working as a head chef at Tudor manor living house in Okotoks.
