I'm Lexie, I spend a lot of my time experimenting with new recipes and trying to perfect my signature dishes. Being in Alberta, I love using local ingredients whenever possible to bring out the best flavors in my cooking. I attended culinary school back in 2020, which really helped me hone my skills and understand the science behind cooking. Since then, I've had the chance to work all over Ontario, including some really cool fishing lodges. Those experiences taught me a lot about cooking with fresh, local ingredients and adapting to different kitchen environments.
