A 13 year veteran of fine dining. Also Acorn Alumni (vegan vegetarian) Also full knowledge of meal planning. French Danish and Canadian.

I am a professional chef from Vancouver with over 10 years of experience. I grew up in a European household. I amfluent in many different cooking styles. My last chef job was at a small country side french bistro. I have great repore with finding a good fit for picky teenagers.
