Passionate about creating an amazing atmosphere for my guests by focusing on quality ingredients, delicious food, and unique wine pairings
I am a professional chef with 4 years of experience and am Red Seal certified. I started my culinary career at a golf course catering large buffets and plated dinners for weddings and tournaments. After this I worked in fine dining at Bourbon and Butter where we had seasonally changing menus that encompassed a wide range of cuisines. My most recent employment was at the HomeBlock restaurant at CedarCreek winery. The Mediterranean cuisine, great wine pairings, and unmatched service made HomeBlock one of the best restaurants in the Okanagan.
