Born and raised on Prince Edward Island, I have spent more than 20 years honing my craft as a professional chef across a wide range of kitchens. From cozy family-style restaurants to bustling breweries and upscale catering operations, each experience has shaped my approach to food and deepened my appreciation for PEI’s rich culinary landscape.
