I’m passionate about the food I make. I make it taste as good as it looks, while keeping it wholesome.

I have been an avid home cook for decades. I have been cooking for clients professionally for 3 years.

My specialties are vegan comfort food such as lasagna, pot pies, Mac n cheese and whole food noodle bowls. I have a passion for baking- loaves, muffins, biscuits and cornbread, all plant-based of course!

I learned to cook as a young person watching my mother make all foods from scratch, which I emulated when I got old enough to cook.

A cooking secret...

I add brown sugar to tomato sauces and chili to offset the acidity of tomatoes.
