Cooking with Seasonal and locally sourced ingredients wile using sustainable practices is my main passion. I have completed the full culinary and pastry program at the pacific institute of culinary arts in 2018. Since then, I have been working for the last six years learning to cook hyper seasonal, local and foraged vegetables at the acorn restaurant.
