A red seal certified chef passionate about creating thoughtful, flavour-driven meals that bring comfort and a touch of fine dining to everyday life.

I am a Red Seal Certified Chef with almost 10 years of kitchen experience around the world. My culinary journey began in the Philippines, where I studied in 2016, before moving to the United States for an internship. I then worked on cruise ships, where I was exposed to a wide range of global flavors and cuisines. I continued my training in France, focusing on gastronomy, and I am now based in Canada, where I further studied and worked in French kitchens. Along the way, I have also competed in various culinary competitions and earned several medals.
