I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience. I started my career in Paris where I went for Culinary school and where I had my first experiences as a cook.

Since then my passion for cooking was certain.

I worked in about 8 restaurant in my career, most of them in fine dining. Two of them in Michelin star restaurant.

In 2013 I decided to move to Canada to learn English and I never left.

My last job was at the Crocodile restaurant in Vancouver. I worked there for about 8 years.
