Chef Colin Metcalfe

Hi, my name is Colin Metcalfe and I was born and raised in Calgary. I have been growing my culinary skills by leading some of your favourite kitchens around Calgary over the last 20 years including Sidewalk Citizen, Model Milk, and Portland Street Pizza. I love to cook for people and take a lot of pride in providing you with the best service possible. I enjoy cooking all types of cuisine and bringing the best out of high quality products to your plate.

I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to so many destinations around the world to eat and learn about many different types of cuisine. I use my travels to both teach and inspire some of the food I cook. It is so much fun for me to use some of the amazing local products that Alberta and BC have to offer to create delicious dishes.
