I believe cooking is your connection to the earth and that it can heal and become an experience you won't forget.
I studied Culinary Arts and Management at NBCC Moncton, I went on to cook professionally for 5 years. For one year I was the Head baker for a vegan cafe before deciding to return to university. In university, I continued to explore Indigenous cuisine which combines cultural practise and bushcraft cuisine. My current goal is to explore a career as a personal chef.
