My passion for cooking began at a young age in Nova Scotia, where I enjoyed preparing meals for friends and family. I later trained at the Culinary Institute of Canada in Prince Edward Island, graduating at the top of my class before pursuing a career in fine dining.

Since then, I've worked in professional kitchens where I developed strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality dishes in fast-paced environments. Whether preparing elegant multi-course dinners or wholesome everyday meals, I strive to create food that is both memorable and tailored to each client's preferences.

I am now expanding into private and personal dining and would love the opportunity to create customized dining experiences for individuals, families, and special occasions.
