Eric Ricafort is a former Executive Chef, bringing with him a culinary career that spans continents and cuisines. Born in Manila, Philippines, he moved to Canada in 2008 and began his humble beginnings at Cactus Corner Café and Strathmore Station Restaurant and Pub before moving on to celebrated establishments such as Alloy and The Fairmont Palliser, where he earned his Journeyman/Red Seal certification.
Passionate about exploring cultures through food, Chef Eric has traveled to Paris and Italy to deepen his appreciation of European cuisine, while also experiencing authentic British fish and chips in London and Belgian waffles in Belgium.
Today, he combines his global perspective, technical expertise, and creative passion to elevate dining experience.
