I have been cooking since 2007.
I have cooked in Mexico, Thailand and Toronto
And have opened and develop menus for Mexican restaurants (El Caballito, Rosalinda). Thai restaurants (Salad King, Linda Modern Thai).
Honed my skills in restaurants such as Scarpetta and Yours Truly.
I am very flexible to work with different dietary needs, with interest but not restricted to vegan cooking.
My favourite thing is to cook a meal with a story on the open fire.
