25+ years of professional experience working in the culinary world.......and I am still learning something new everyday! I am a Hotel Management graduate who specialized in Culinary Arts and went on to work for hotels, restaurants and Cruise Ships in various positions including Executive Chef and Head Chef. I also have studied about wine and am a certified wine steward from International Sommeliers Guild. Food and Wine are my passion!
