Get to know me better
I am passionate about food, people and bringing the two together by combining classic flavours and dishes with various twists.
I am a cook with over 16 years of professional experience in a variety of culinary settings with strong leadership and communication skills.
I obtained my culinary management certification at the renowned George Brown College located in Toronto, Ontario.
After graduation I was able to secure employment at the locally owned and operated Pusateri’s Fine Foods. While there I further developed my customer service skills, portion control and timely service delivery among others.
I then went on to the globally recognized hospitality powerhouse, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. From my time there I was able to prepare five star quality dishes for high end clientele as part of a multi level culinary team.
My time and experience in these previous establishments took me on an inter provincial journey to Alberta, at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. As a cook on the breakfast team serving hundreds of guests/ visitors to the national park.
