I’m a Fredericton-based chef with over a decade of professional cooking experience. My culinary journey started at the Delta Hotels, where I built a strong foundation in high-volume, fine-dining environments. From there, I stepped into a leadership role as Head Chef of Rustico, where I developed a reputation for bold flavors, creative menu design, and an ability to balance both consistency and innovation in a busy restaurant setting.

Currently, I run the Fox Chevy Bistro, where I craft approachable yet refined breakfast and lunch menus for a diverse clientele. My work combines classic technique with local ingredients, aiming to deliver food that is both comforting and memorable.

Over the years, I’ve grown passionate about taking that restaurant-quality experience outside traditional dining rooms and into more personal settings. Whether it’s a private dinner, a special event, or small-scale catering, I bring the same professionalism, attention to detail, and creativity that I’ve honed in kitchens for the past 10 years.
