Fun loving chef who takes pride in their art.

I am a career red seal chef. I have trained here in Edmonton and took my technical training at NAIT. I have been a red seal chef for 20+ years and have worked in fine dining restaurants, fishing lodges, camps, small and very large hotels. There is nothing in a kitchen I cannot do. I love all areas of the kitchen and cooking.

We had the most amazing experience with Chef Jansen . First time having someone over and cook for us . Could not have asked for a better Chef to share the experience with. We had other stuff going on during dinner and he was so patient with us . He even kept our food warm while we where doing something else. Anyone looking to be spoiled will definitely get there money’s worth . Thank you Chef Jansen
