My name is James Lawson, I'm an English chef in Calgary. Ive been Cooking for 20 years now. from fine dining to casual bistros. I believe my food is very personal to me, and because off that, has a lot of identity.

I have become a lot more ingredient focused in the back years of my career, focusing on technique and quality. I have a passion for teaching and entertaining with food, be it in a classroom teaching specific cooking classes or hosting and catering an event in the home for clients.

I started in English gastro pubs learning the fundamentals then moved into michelin fine dining before moving to Calgary and running some top spots.
