I am ambitious with a refined palate, known for crafting elegant, quality dishes that balance creativity, technique, and unforgettable flavours.
I discovered cooking in my childhood and transformed that early passion into a lifelong career. Over the years, I refined my craft in various French and Italian kitchens, strengthening my technique and deepening my appreciation for quality ingredients and authentic flavors.
Today, I bring that experience to my work as a private chef, creating thoughtful, personalized culinary experiences. I also teach and inspire high school students through La Tablée des Chefs, blending professional expertise with the heart of an educator. Cooking allows me not only to share my skills, but also to empower the next generation to find their voice in the kitchen.
