I’m a proud Mexican chef, born in the beautiful state of Michoacán, where my passion for cooking began at a very young age. I grew up surrounded by family recipes passed down through generations—rich in tradition, flavour, and love. I studied Clinical Nutrition in Mexico, which gave me a deep understanding of food, health, and balance, but my heart always belonged in the kitchen.

With over 10 years of culinary experience—5 of them working as a chef in Canada—I specialize in authentic Mexican cuisine, with a strong focus on seafood dishes. I love pairing my food with handcrafted drinks, from fresh, alcohol-free aguas frescas to bold and refreshing margaritas.

My goal is to transport people to Mexico with every bite, creating unforgettable experiences through food. I believe that cooking is more than a job—it's a way to connect, celebrate, and bring people together. Whether you’re hosting a private dinner, a special event, or just want to enjoy real Mexican flavors at home, I bring passion, professionalism, and creativity to every plate.
