I am raw elegance, I do not follow rules in cooking, but will hit you with vibrant flavours so tantalizing you will forget the last best meal you had
I am a professional chef by trade, but my certification isn’t what makes me. It’s the ability to paint a picture and walk you through my life experiences through a meal, even as a little boy cooking in the kitchen with my mother. I always knew that I wanted to share my love for food with as many people as I possibly can. My career has led me to cook in a lot of diverse environments for many individuals such as Rick Mercer, David Suzuki, Gordie, Howe, Jack, Layton, Steven Harper, the governor general and players from the Calgary Flames. I plan to add your name to this list of wonderful people that I have cooked for.
