I am a Japanese guy with 5 years of professional experiences.
What I make is mostly French and Japanese.

French cuisine at college in Sapporo, Japan and also trained for a month in Nimes, France.
1. the biggest wedding company in Japan for 2 years. learned the basics and made everything from scratch.
2. A cafe in Melbourne, Australia. Worked as a catering cook and a line cook for 2 years.
3. A restaurant in Toronto, Canada. Work as an assistant chef making new menus and customized menus for a year.
I have worked at an Izakaya (Japanese pub) as a part time job during the college for 2 years and also did internships at a few restaurants/companies in Japan and Singapore.
