For over twenty years, I have had the privilege of cooking for others, and throughout that time I have remained deeply motivated by the appreciation and enthusiasm my culinary style inspires. My career has allowed me to hold distinguished positions in a variety of kitchens, working with diverse clients and consistently delivering refined, memorable dining experiences.

My experience spans intimate family dinners, elegant weddings, walking dinners, and large-scale events requiring full food and beverage planning. I am comfortable managing every detail of an event, from menu development and sourcing to execution and guest experience, ensuring a seamless and elevated service.

As both a chef and manager, I have had the honor of cooking for notable guests, including Her Majesty Queen Máxima, as well as international visitors such as Gordon Wright from South Africa. I have also worked as a private chef in Canada, providing personalized culinary services tailored to an individual client’s lifestyle and preferences.

In addition, I have served as Executive Chef in high-quality restaurants and renowned hotels in the Netherlands, including the prestigious Amstel Hotel. These roles strengthened my leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence, all of which I now bring to every private dining experience I create.
