Food has always been my language of expression. For over ten years, I’ve worked in kitchens ranging from high-end resorts and bustling restaurants to artisanal bakeries, each experience shaping the way I see food—not just as nourishment, but to tell a story. From crafting elegant pastries to preparing meals that meet unique dietary needs, I’ve learned that the true art of cooking lies in listening to people and creating something meaningful for them.

Pastry holds a special place in my heart. There’s something about the precision and creativity of baking that mirrors the way I approach life: with patience, detail, and a drive to bring joy to others. I thrive in the heat of the line, where teamwork, timing, and energy all come together to create memorable dining experiences.

Outside the kitchen, I love photography. Much like cooking, photography allows me to capture fleeting moments and turn them into something lasting. Both passions feed into each other—I see food through a creative lens, and I see photography with the same sense of composition and balance that guides me as a chef.
