I am a professional Italian chef for 10 years. I did a culinary high school in Italy and then I worked for some restaurant all around the country. I learned the Italian culinary art first in a 1* Michelin restaurant and then I started to do the private chef. Now I moved in Vancouver to export the real Italian culinary.
