My passion for cooking started in the kitchen watching my Mom cook almost everyday, I developed a deep love and passion for it
I am a Self taught Professional Chef with over 19 years of Cooking experience, my background is Jamaican and with that I bring a wide variety of Caribbean fusion flavors to the table, spices and flavor are my key go to. I've developed my passion for cooking at an early age watching my Mother and Grandmother cooking, they taught me everything I needed to know and things I learned during my years of cooking. I was also in the running for Next Favorite Chef competition. I enjoy making people smile through the food I put on a Plate. Leaving your palette wanting more is what I always aim to do.
