I'm a chef that has worked in the industry for over 20 years, managing restaurants with different flavours and cuisines. I studied in Canada but I'm originally from Mexico City. I moved to Montreal and decided to start my own catering company and I run a co-working kitchen where we do production, workshops and private events and pop-ups, collaborating with other chefs.
