I been groomed to cook since I was 5 years old.Eager to create!
I have work in many restaurants/different styles asweel, been part of openning 4 restaurants ; Brasserie Toqué!, Balthazar Dix30, Le marlow and Le gastrobar le commerce before I hit 25 years old.I then took 2 positions of chefs.I believe anyone can become a good cook if they're willing to put the efforts in.
