My name is Michael Anderson. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and have been a professional Chef since 2002.
My experience includes working in some of the finest Restaurants, Hotels and Resorts across North America and the Caribbean.
After being an Executive Chef in Vail, Colorado - I moved to Canmore in 2008 and opened my Catering/Private Chef company - Bow Valley Gourmet in 2009.
