As a Journey-person cook with 11 years of diverse culinary experience, including my current role at the prestigious Hotel downtown Victoria, I am confident in my ability to contribute positively to the menu you decide. My education at the Culinary Academy of India has provided me with a strong foundation in culinary arts, which I have since refined through hands-on work in high-end hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships
